August 29, 2024, Las Vegas, NV – NAI Excel is pleased to announce the sale of the Strongbox Lamb Industrial Center located in North Las Vegas, Nevada. The property sold for $16,527,540.

The property comprises ±4.47 acres and features an ±89,284 square-foot, Class A, industrial warehouse that was recently completed in August of 2024.

Bryan Houser of NAI Excel represented Strongbox Development in the sale of the property. Sean Zaher of CBRE represented the buyer, a national cabinetry manufacturer.

The buyer plans to occupy the property as their primary manufacturing and distribution hub on the West Coast.

Las Vegas, NV (07/27/2023) – Erik Sexton and Camila Rosales of NAI Vegas are pleased to announce the sale of Mojave Industrial Center, a 174,847-square-foot industrial park located just south of downtown Las Vegas. The asset sold for $25.5 million.

Erik Sexton and Camila Rosales facilitated the off-market acquisition on behalf of the buyer, Intersection Equities LLC, out of San Diego, CA. The seller was represented by MDL Group.

Built in 1975, the four-building park sits on 9.1 acres and was 100% leased at the time of sale. Intersection was attracted to the asset due to its central location and strong fundamentals, including a submarket vacancy rate below 2.0%.

“Mojave Industrial Park marks Intersection’s second industrial acquisition in Las Vegas, which is a strategic market for Intersection. This off-market transaction created a unique opportunity to enter the infill Central Las Vegas submarket at a cost basis we believe to be well below replacement cost,” remarked Anton Myskiw of Intersection.

Hurricane, UT – July 7, 2023:  NAI Excel is pleased to announce the expansion of Pizza Hut and T-Mobile at 222 W State Street in Hurricane, UT.  Jon Walter and Kevin O’Brien initially represented the Pizza Hut partnership in the acquisition of the property.  After extensive remodeling and opening of the new Pizza Hut location, O’Brien and Walter again represented the property owner to lease the balance of the building to T-Mobile.
