Artisan Hotel Boutique Sells for $11.9 Million

Las Vegas, NV (03/10/2022) – NAI Vegas is pleased to announce the sale of the 64-room, Artisan Hotel Boutique in Las Vegas, Nevada. The property sold for $11,900,000.

The five-story, non-gaming hotel was originally constructed in 1979 and later converted to the Artisan Hotel Boutique brand in 2006. During it’s time as the Artisan, the property was well-known for its themed entertainment, signature art, acclaimed dining, European-style pool, and its multiple television appearances.

Anders Graciano, Vice President of Hospitality at NAI Vegas, exclusively represented the seller, The Siegel Group, in the transaction. “It was a pleasure working with the entire Siegel team in getting this deal to the finish line and sold at full asking price,” stated Graciano.

The buyer, Pro Hospitality Group, has plans to renovate and makeover the entire property into a completely new and innovative hospitality concept.
