Las Vegas, NV (04/05/2022) – NAI Vegas is pleased to announce the sale of a ±5,400 square-foot office and warehouse building located at 5976 South Topaz Street in Las Vegas, Nevada. The property sold for $1,263,000.
The property is located next to Harry Reid International Airport and also benefits from easy access to freeways and to the resort corridor. It was built in 2006 and includes a ±3,124SF office with ±2,275SF warehouse.
Bryan Houser, Senior Vice President of NAI Vegas, was exclusively retained to market the property on behalf of the seller Target Enterprises of Nevada, LLC.

The property was sold to a local restaurant chain who plans to use the property for office administration and for storage of products related to their operations.
