Questar Gas recently acquired the previous Parke Cox trucking facility located in the St George Industrial park. The expansion will allow for the Questar to increase its capacity in serving S. Utah. Questar Gas currently owns the adjoining property and building. This acquisition will nearly double the land size in addition to adding nearly 8,000 SF of structure including shops, storage, wash bays, offices, and additional yard space. Wes Davis of NAI Utah Southern Region represented the sellers in the disposition and worked with the Economic Development Council of Utah in the structuring of transaction.
