Offered for sale by Jason Griffith, Senior Vice President at NAI Excel, this property was marketed for a short time and generated significant interest from buyers. Locally known as Nisson Hill and part of the Nisson family for over 100 years, Nisson Ranch is well known as one of the best residential development parcels in the city, with close access to the new Lynn’s Market and Mall Drive Bridge.
Griffith said, “The Nisson family are well-known in Washington City. It was a pleasure working with them to market and complete the sale. Being such a landmark in the valley, there has been many inquiries about future plans and the buyer intends to create a residential neighborhood.”
