Griffith recently assisted in the acquisition of a new 38,834 square foot, multi-tenant, industrial building known as Lakeview located near Provo, Utah. Selling for just over $4 mil, this project is a new tilt-up industrial property which should conservatively yield a 7% CAP (capitalization rate) after a stabilization period. This high-growth market in Utah county is boosted by low vacancy making industrial buildings in high demand.

Another recent acquisition (also a 1031 exchange assignment) involved two separate properties: an office and a warehouse condo located in Peoria, Arizona. The combined properties sold for $1,255,000. While this acquisition was not significantly large, it was none-the-less a very important purchase to the client.
