“The investment market in Utah is holding strong.” Stated Utah’s NAI Excel Broker, Brandon Vandermyde, MCRE.

Vandermyde represented both the Seller and Buyer in the sale and acquisition of the St. George Bluff Street Jack-in-the-Box earlier this month.

One condition of the listing was that Vandermyde renegotiate a long term lease with the franchise tenant. The full net lease was what launched this investment property into a very competitive market. The Buyer from California, was specifically searching for investments in Utah and high growth areas when this property hit the radar.

St. George Utah has been rated in the top 10 in the nation for fastest growing small cities for the last three years, and in the Top 10 for best places to live, retire, and raise a family, making it a “hot spot” for investors looking to spend.

“The acquisition was full price and contracted in less than two weeks.” Vandermyde stated, further emphasizing the investment market.
