After thirty years of dispositions, Stott Farms sold the last of the family acreage in Fillmore Utah.  The Stott Family owned a large working farm in Fillmore for many years.  Much of the disposition started when Interstate 15 came through the valley and the south interchange in Fillmore, exit 163, was built on the Stott Farm.  Familiar freeway service locations including the Chevron, Maverik, Comfort Inn and Suites, and the Texaco on the west side of the freeway interchange are all on land that was originally part of the family farm.  All of the land had been sold except 32 acres on the south west corner of exit 163.  The remaining 32 acres has excellent freeway exposure is perfect for convenience store, truck stop, hotel, or other retail service businesses.  It was acquired by an operator of convenience stores to hold for future development.  Neil Walter of NAI Utah Southern Region represented the Stott family in selling the parcel.
