NAI Excel is pleased to announce the sale of the Del Webb Adventure Camp on Kolob Mountain. R. Mark Walter, Principle Broker for NAI Excel successfully negotiated the sale of the 941acre mountain top retreat.

This scenic high elevation property on Kolob Mountain for decades was operated by the Las Vegas / Boulder Dam Area Council Boy Scouts of America.

“The Sale of our Del Webb Adventure Camp is enabling us, the Las Vegas Area Boy Scouts, to acquire and enhance our facilities closer to the Las Vegas Metropolitan area.” Stated Mike Marchese, Boy Scouts of America representative.

Walter was able to market the property as a retreat and farm/ranch property. The buyers, a prominent Southern Utah Family, purchased the property as a family retreat. Walter was able to negotiate a sales price above the asking price making this property a profitable disposition.

Located above Zion National Park and near Kolob Reservoir with great fishing, the property included multiple pavilions, 12 staff cabins, lodge, food prep area, water and Off-Grid generators, and 3 large Camp spaces.
