Wes Davis, Broker and Developer Services at NAI Excel, is thrilled to announce the completed Lease of 10 Acres at Exit 13 in Washington Utah for an upcoming high-end RV Park. Wes was able to negotiate an extended term ground lease with a purchase option.

The Landlord, a local developer, worked closely with Wes Davis to complete favorable negotiations on the lease terms. The Land Tenant has pitched their plans to the City and have announced a High-End RV Park is in the works. “The location just off of Exit 13 couldn’t be better.” Stated Wes Davis of NAI Excel, “It’s off a freeway interchange with great visibility, it offers service to Zions and all the local amenities that St. George offers including retailers and golf courses.”

Exit 13 is a growing interchange with Maverick and Black Bear Diner already in operation, Vidal Sol vacation rentals, several single and multi-family projects under construction and a Terribles 2 c-store and hotel well under way. Additional planning of Exit 13 includes Medical facilities, offices and additional retailers.
