NAI Excel is pleased to announce the opening of Terra Title’s new office at 265 West Tabernacle in St. George near neighboring Joule Plaza and the Fifth District Court.

Downtown St. George is getting a makeover, from new projects like City View and Joule Plaza to the brand new building Terra Title just moved to on Tabernacle Street.

Formerly an old Mortuary, the owners, AJ Construction, decided it was time to tear down the old building and replace it with a modern office space. Wes Davis, Broker and Developer at NAI Excel, advised the owners group to go big in designing their new building and the results are astounding! This 3,000 square foot office building has a sleek modern appearance and still conforms to the area’s natural look and feel.

Davis also worked with Terra Title to upgrade their current space and location by negotiating favorable lease terms between Terra Title and the Landlords. Their new location boasts of Better Parking and downtown views.

Wes Davis’ areas of expertise include buying, selling, and leasing (landlord and tenant representation) commercial and investment real estate. Wes has successfully brokered over $200 million dollars in commercial real estate transactions and has closed over 500 contracts.

Wes has also taken the time to give back to community as he coaches several youth sports, sits on the Board on the Caddy Group Business alliance a non-profit organization, is on the Professional Advisory Board for a local Bank and the Regional Hospital, and is the Vice President for Southern Utah Soccer Association.
