Background & Experience

Ben Nielsen grew up in South Jordan, Utah, where he attended Bingham High School. After studying Business Management with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship at Utah Valley University, he pursued his career in the real estate and construction industries. In 2004 Ben started, from the ground up, his first construction company specializing in commercial buildings. He has built projects in all 50 States. After working along side commercial builders such as: Oakland, Jacobsen, Big-D, Kier, Layton for 20 years working exclusively with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and Mountain America Credit Union, Ben’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to the real estate sector.

From 2015-2019, he worked for Woodside Homes, where his success in building and real estate allowed him to serve hundreds of individuals achieve the American dream and proves his strong work ethic and his commitment to his clients. One of his greatest desires is to do what is right for his clients by seeing that their needs and desires are met.

He resides in Eagle Mountain with his lovely wife, Courtney, and their four children. In his spare time, you will find him running, camping, fishing, finding great places to eat or either coaching or watching his children in their activities. He also enjoys Travel in Europe, NCAA football, basketball, golf, Alaskan fishing and the Arts
