Walter was retained by the owners of Café Adobe to sell the exclusive Café. The iconic restaurant has been in business for decades, and the owners are now retiring. The purchasers have expressed their plans to expand their existing businesses in the surrounding area and are going to be opening up a café with a new brand of food and expresso.
“Café Adobe and it’s menu will be missed,” stated Walter, “however, the new owner says that everyone will be excited with the new plans and remodel.”
R. MarkWalter and NAI Excel successfully negotiated the terms that sold the Café. Located on Scenic Highway 89 between Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park.
