EVCO House of Hose, one of the largest hose and fitting distributor retailers in the Western US, is moving next to the LaQuinta Hotel on exit 4 in St George. Jon Walter with NAI assisted the landlord in finding a tenant for the building. “While there were several parties that expressed interest in the building”, said Walter, “EVCO seemed to be the best fit.”
EVCO is relocating from exit 6 and chose this new location because of its combined retail and warehouse component, freeway visibility, easy freeway access, new construction, and layout that fit their needs. The building is undergoing some renovations and EVCO is expected to be ready for occupancy near the end of August.
