Forget the chain burger joints! St George has a locally owned and operated grill and well-kept secret, known as the One Hot Grill, located across from the Tabernacle at 14 W Tabernacle. Online Trip Advisor gives “One Hot Grill” 5 out of 5 stars for food, service, cleanliness, and atmosphere. Trip Advisor also said “Excellent locally owned grill that has refreshingly great food!”
One Hot Grill is well known for having the best selection of gourmet hot dogs and hamburgers in St. George along with its famous homemade Sweet Potato Fries.
The interior is surprisingly upscale with its metropolitan bistro look and it is so clean that it looks like you could eat of the floor, if it was allowed!
Local, long time St. George resident, Donalene Brady, recently purchased the One Hot Grill from former owners Kent and Julie Hall. Donalene comes with many years experience in high volume commercial cooking that requires a high level of cleanliness. Mathew and Pat Chappell, business brokers with NAI Utah Southern Region, assisted both parties in the sale.
