Redstone Residential and a private investment group acquired Canyonlands Apartments, the largest off-campus student housing property at Dixie State University.  The 350 bed property features amenities such as a pool and spa, fiber optic internet, a clubhouse, 24 hour laundry, monthly barbeques, and on-site management.  Canyonlands has a reputation for being a safe and fun place to live for Dixie State University students.  Redstone and its partners have also acquired a 1.6 acre site on Tabernacle adjacent to the North Instructional Building where they have received city approval to build a brand new 150 private bed student housing facility that will fill an unserved need in the market for private rooms.  Almost overnight, Redstone Residential has become the largest player in the Dixie State University housing market.

With the Redstone’s new project and Dixie State University’s new 350 bed facility under construction, the student housing market is transforming in a positive way that has been a long time coming.  Neil Walter with NAI Utah South worked with both the buyer and Seller in the transaction.

Redstone Residential is headquartered in Provo, UT and manages approximately 10,000 beds of student housing in Utah, California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Michigan.
