Mark Walter with NAI Excel, this successful business has acquired a facility in the Rio Virgin Industrial Park. Owner Rich Langner has operated this successful business for decades. They are excited to be in southern Utah.  Jeriah Threlfall and Len Erickson with St. George Area Economic Development provided valuable assistance in the relocation efforts. The owners have acquired a home in St. George and happy to be Utah residents.
