Weisser Distribution expands its regional distribution center into 105,820 SF with a $3,600,000 estimated transaction lead by Larkin Industrial Group at NAI Vegas. The family-owned e-commerce company saw the opportunity to deliver high-quality products and services to customers across the entire USA.

The core values, upon which the company was founded, needed to lead their expansion. Weisser leveraged the NAI Global network to “Put People First,” one of Weisser’s core values. Proximity to amenities, employee commutes, hotel accommodations, and entertainment were a priority during a distribution center expansion.

Imatrex Medical Solutions has Expanded its Headquarters

Ultimately the deal was done with little operational disruption and under terms which will accommodate future growth and consolidation.

All American Convention Services Renews 75,454 SF Lease

NAI provided a lease vs. buy analysis and several full market studies well in advance of the lease expiration date to not lose negotiation leverage with the landlord.
