Background & Experience


Eric Larkin joined NAI Excel in 2013, bringing seven years of experience from a regional brokerage firm representing institutional landlords, REITs, and developers. With extensive knowledge in investment analysis, property valuations, and lease negotiations, he has completed over $1 billion in transactions, spanning leases, owner-user sales, investment sales, and development projects.

Since joining NAI Excel, Eric has become the #33 salesperson in a global company of over 7,000 agents and leads an industrial sales team ranked in the top 10 worldwide. Promoted to Executive Vice President, he now oversees both his sales activity and his team while driving recruitment to expand NAI Excel’s offices, which have grown into San Antonio and Austin, Texas, from Las Vegas, St. George, and Salt Lake City. Additionally, he invests personally with colleagues at NAI Capital, focusing on industrial real estate.

He holds an MBA from Regis University and a BA in Economics from Washington & Jefferson College. He has earned several industry designations, including SIOR and CCIM. Eric also serves as the Community Outreach Chair for the Southern Nevada CCIM chapter, organizing volunteer efforts for organizations such as the Las Vegas Rescue Mission, Project 150, Spread the Word Nevada, and Three Square.

Outside work, Eric enjoys time with his wife, Alaina, their grade school-aged children, Layla, Leo, and Kendrick, and their 15-year-old miniature boxer, Martini. He is a passionate Las Vegas Golden Knights fan and enjoys travel, music, playing basketball, and anything health and wellness-related. His most recent endeavors have been head coach of his son’s 8U soccer team and his daughter’s 4th grade basketball team.

Leases

  • Cooperating with NAI Robert Lynn, represented Premium Water in the initial lease, then expansion into 250,000 SF, owned by Prologis, with transaction values of $10,000,000.
  • Sold an 18-acre parcel to Scannell Development, then Represented Scanell in the Lease of a 338,000 SF Speculative Tilt-up to DHL - transaction value of $16,000,000.
  • Represented Bluberi Gaming USA in the lease of a newly built 85,000 SF Corporate HQ - transaction value of $10,000,000.

Sales

  • Sold 175,000 SF of manufacturing buildings on 60 acres to a corporate end-user for $40,000,000.
  • Sold a 10-acre parcel to Panatonni Development for $10,000,000 and currently represents Panatonni on the leasing of a 200,000 SF speculative tilt-up industrial building - estimated value of $15,000,000.
  • Sold a vacant 42,000 SF Industrial building for InHouse Productions for $11,000,000 and an NNN-leased 40,000 SF industrial building for QED Electrical for $10,000,000.
