Jason Griffith, CCIM and Wes Davis, MBA with NAI Excel sold an investor a 32,000 SF  investment building in the Fort Pierce Industrial Park in St. George, Utah.

Located at 631 E. Commerce Drive, the national tenant-leased industrial building offered at $2,000,000 and will yield 7.6 CAP rate in 2017.  eStoneworks is the tenant and they will continue to operate their regional manufacturing plant.  Griffith represented the seller and Davis represented the buyer.
