Director of Asset Management – NAI Excel & NAI Vegas
Location
The Director of Asset Management will office from one of three NAI locations in Las Vegas Nevada, St George Utah, or Lehi Utah.

Description of Role
The Director of Commercial Asset Management will oversee a team of commercial property managers in Utah and Nevada, managing a portfolio of commercial real estate assets. The Director will, along with the executive team, set the direction for the management organization. The Director will be instrumental in setting and achieving goals and growth targets, hiring and training managers, and ensuring that management practices protect clients interests and follow company policies and procedures.
Performance Objectives
• Implement policies and practices in the organization that result in high customer service, improve real estate asset performance, and protect the interest of clients and the organization.
• Implement a marketing and business development strategy across multiple markets.
• Oversee managers and conduct training to ensure all state and federal laws are adhered to.
• Ensure monthly and annual statements are accurately delivered to clients and tenants.
• Oversee monthly bank reconciliations and financial accounting.
Requirements
• Hold a Real Estate License in Utah or Hold a Real Estate License and Property Management Permit in Nevada. A Willingness to obtain licenses for both states is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required. A Certified Property Manager(CPM), Certified Public Accountant(CPA), Masters of Accounting(MACC) or similar qualifications are preferred.
• 3 years of experience in managing commercial real estate assets is required.
• Experience in managing a team of property managers is required
• Experiencing in setting budgets for real estate assets and overseeing CAM reconciliations.
• Experience in setting and achieving growth targets and
• Proficiency in multiple accounting and/or property management systems is preferred.
• Maintain regular office hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and be available for after-hours emergencies.
• Have a reliable vehicle and a smart phone available to use for business activities
