Stacy L. Inness, CPM

Stacy has been working in the real estate industry in Las Vegas managing and leasing office, retail, industrial buildings, and property owner associations since 2009. Her career began with three years managing the personal assets of a high net worth owner/investor’s portfolio including retail, office, and residential units, as well as property flips. Stacy has developed long-standing relationships with reputable vendors in the Las Vegas valley to assist with keeping properties functioning at the highest efficiency. She is well versed in asset management including tenant improvements, capital improvements, lease negotiations and tenant retention.

With a diverse background including advertising, marketing and owning her own business, Stacy has developed expertise, resources and experience to take a unique, multifaceted approach in understanding the needs and concerns of her owners, while keeping tenant satisfaction maximized.  Armed with that knowledge, Stacy communicates effectively with both tenants and property owners to help meet the goals of all parties involved.
