Debbie German

I’ve been a licensed real estate professional since 1999 and for the past several years, have been focusing on Commercial Real Estate and appreciate the networks I have built.

My focus is Office and I enjoy touring and learning about existing and upcoming projects throughout the Las Vegas and Henderson areas. Whether I’m working with a client looking to purchase, sell, or lease commercial properties, being a resource and building strong relationships are my goals. 

As a member of many industry organizations, it helps keep me connected to other commercial professionals. Continuing education is also important and I strive to often learn about finance and better ways to do business. In my free time, I enjoy volunteering with several non-profits that assist at-risk youth.

Bachelor’s Degree in Public Management from Northern Arizona University.
