NAI Transacts 13 High Profile Acres in Lehi

4/3/2017 – On the boarder of American Fork and Lehi in the center of the growing commercial center backing up to I-15, 13 acres was recently acquired by Nelson Brothers Property Management Inc.  The property is adjacent to WalMart with a Costco, Lowes, and Home Depot in immediate proximity.  The location has visibility on I-15 and represents a prime development opportunity for the buyer.  Nelson Brothers has been working with Lehi City to determine a final concept for the project, but has not disclosed its plans at this point. The project represents one of the last infill projects in this highly sought after area of northern Utah County.
