Jennifer Hopkins

Jennifer has a passion for commercial real estate and especially for helping investors and business owners secure property to grow their businesses.

Jennifer began her commercial real estate career in 2015 and immediately hit the ground running, closing her first commercial deal within six months and earning Rookie of the Year at her brokerage. Over the years, some of her favorite deal assignments include a 20-acre land sale in North Las Vegas that KB Home later developed into a 100-unit residential community, and a 26,000 square-foot, ground-up, industrial flex development in southwest Las Vegas that she helped a client purchase who now operates in over 43 countries.

Jennifer grew up on a small farm in southern Minnesota where she was taught strong Midwestern values and learned the value of hard work. Jennifer put herself through college, attending the University of Northern Iowa, where she graduated with a psychology degree. After graduation, she moved to Florida and eventually met her husband, Jay, who is a licensed attorney in Colorado and Nevada. They spent a couple of years in Colorado and then in 2012, they moved to Las Vegas.

Outside of the office, Jennifer loves to cook, is a scuba diver and fitness fanatic, and is continually working to conquer winter sports. Jennifer loves all animals, possibly due to her farm upbringing, and she cares for several rescue pups, kittens, and a desert tortoise at her home.

More recently, Jennifer joined the local CCIM chapter to help further her education and help service her clients even more.
