Background & Experience
Diego P. Gomez is originally from Laredo, Texas, and moved to San Antonio over three years ago to pursue a degree in Real Estate Finance and Development at the University of Texas at San Antonio. He recently graduated from the program in December 2024.
Throughout his time in school, Diego balanced multiple jobs and internships to gain real-world experience. He interned at DK Realty Advisors, where he focused on underwriting and deal financials—primarily in ranch, land, and investment sales. After a year with DK Realty, he transitioned into brokerage by joining KW Commercial. There, he handled a variety of leasing assignments, representing both landlords and tenants.
Diego is now an associate at NAI Excel, where he continues to work on leasing assignments while specializing in land, industrial, and retail asset classes. Being bilingual, he also brings added value by assisting international clients and cross-border investors.
