Las Vegas, NV (01/05/2022) – NAI Vegas is pleased to announce the successful sale of a 32,352 square foot retail building, occupied by three national tenants, and located in Las Vegas, Nevada. The property sold for $5,650,000.

The retail building is situated on 2.95 acres within North Ranch Plaza, at the busy intersection of W Craig Rd and N Decatur Blvd.

Maria Herman and Erik Sexton had the exclusive listing and represented the seller in the transaction.

“This was a fantastic opportunity to own an investment property with three national tenants, with long term leases, and with a building that had just been completely remodeled,” stated Maria.  “There were multiple offers on the property and the winning buyer closed the deal with a quick escrow.”

The building was originally constructed in 1993 and occupied by Rite Aid, who eventually closed all their Las Vegas locations. Neighboring businesses were eager to welcome the new tenants and property improvements.
