Brandon Kneupper, a San Antonio native, has 20 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, property management, equity investments, asset management, entitlement and private money lending. Brandon has extensive experience in various industries including industrial, retail, office, multi-family, single family residential development, commercial land, and farm & ranch land. Transactions include properties and projects for development, value-add, long-term cash-flow investments and flips for individuals, family offices, investors and corporate clients.
Prior to Commercial Brokerage and Investments, Brandon started his career in the banking industry analyzing and underwriting real estate and commercial investment deals. Brandon was promoted to Commercial Real Estate Banker managing and growing a commercial real estate loan portfolio up to $80 million consisting primarily of development projects, value add investments and financing private money lenders.
Brandon is a Certified Commercial Investment Member of CCIM. He received a Bachelor’s in Business, with a concentration in Finance, in 2006 from Texas State University and a Master’s in Finance, with a concentration in real estate through the University of Texas at San Antonio’s Real Estate Master’s program. Brandon is also a graduate of the RECSA Young Leadership Program and is actively involved in CCIM, RECSA and ULI.
In his spare time Brandon enjoys working on his ranch, hunting, fishing, golf, and spending time with his wife and two sons.
