Grayson Boyce

Grayson joined NAI Excel in 2025 after graduating from Utah State University’s Huntsman School of Business, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Real Estate.  He also spent a year learning and practicing Spanish in Central America.  He has a strong connection to the local market and a genuine interest in helping investors and local business owners succeed.

Grayson specializes in industrial and office properties, supporting landlords and tenants with leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and market analysis. He works closely alongside senior brokers to deliver responsive service and data-driven insight. Grayson is a licensed real estate professional in both the states of Utah and Nevada.

Outside of real estate, Grayson enjoys hiking, skiing, fly fishing, scuba diving, and playing volleyball. He prides himself on being approachable and committed to helping others succeed through thoughtful guidance and strong relationships.
