Having spent two decades helping operate and grow his family’s successful tire business, he understands the real-world needs of business owners, developers, and investors—functionality, scalability, and long-term value.

Specializing in industrial and land transactions, Jake guides clients through acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing with a strategic, business-first approach. His background in sales, customer service, and property management allows him to navigate complex transactions efficiently while maintaining clear communication and a seamless process.

Outside of work, Jake enjoys spending time with his family and taking full advantage of the outdoors, including traveling, hiking, cycling, mountain biking, golfing, and boating.
