NAI Excel’s Houser receives SIOR Designation
LAS VEGAS, NV – June 10, 2025 – NAI Excel is pleased to announce that Bryan Houser has achieved the prestigious SIOR designation as awarded by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors®, certifying him as one of the top industrial and office brokers in the region.
The SIOR designation is globally recognized as the gold standard for commercial real estate professionals and is one of the highest accolades that commercial real estate professionals can receive. Candidates must meet strict requirements in transaction volume, experience, and professional conduct over several years to be nominated for the award.

Bryan began his real estate career in 2007 and joined NAI Excel in 2021. He specializes in representing industrial developers, landlords, occupiers, and investors. Since joining NAI, Bryan has earned multiple industry awards including monthly Top Producer, Leaders’ Circle, Presidents’ Circle, and NAI Excel’s top annual award, the Founders’ Mark, multiple times. Bryan is also a graduate of NAIOP, Developing Leaders Institute.
