NAI Premier Unites with NAI Excel

Salt Lake City, UT. January 2, 2026: NAI Premier, a highly successful commercial real estate brokerage in the Salt Lake Valley, is expanding its market presence as it unites with NAI Excel. Along with NAI Excel, NAI Premier will offer enhanced marketing, technology, research, education, and support for agents and clients.

Founded by Marlon Hill and Tom Longaker, NAI Premier is one of the most prominent commercial real estate brokerages along the Wasatch Front. NAI Premier team members have been involved in the sale, lease, development, and management of high profile commercial real estate projects across the region for several decades.

Marlon Hill and Tom Longaker will continue their leadership in the company, along with Zach Hatch at NAI Excel. Hatch is the Managing Broker for the NAI Excel office in Lehi, UT, and the Retail Council Chair at NAI Global, comprising 325 offices worldwide. “The commercial agents, management team, and staff at NAI Premier are some of the most experienced professionals in the industry”, stated Hatch, they are not only experts in retail development and brokerage, but their office, industrial and multifamily expertise will add strength to the combined organization.

The Company will operate as NAI Excel, and includes existing office locations in Las Vegas, Nevada and Central Texas. NAI Premier’s Salt Lake County office will join NAI Excel’s offices in Washington, Iron, and Utah counties. As part of the merger, NAI Excel is immediately opening its eighth office location at 215 E Historic 25th Street, in Ogden Utah.

NAI Excel is operated by Walter brothers Neil, Jon, and Matt, third generation real estate brokers. When they purchased ownership of the company from their father and other partners many years ago, they began innovating in real estate in an unprecedented way. Their proprietary technology, and suite of services includes ARTI® Transact, ARTI® Academics, ARTI® Manager, ARTI® Tools, and ARTI® Studio. These platforms elevate marketing, technology, education, and support in a way that other real estate brokerages can’t readily replicate. NAI Premier manages more than 1.3 million square feet of retail, office, and industrial property across the Salt Lake Valley. The team of managers at NAI Premier will continue to oversee the management of its portfolio. NAI Excel has experienced exceptional growth in recent years. In 2025, NAI Excel celebrated the grand opening of its Central Texas Headquarters, after expanding to San Antonio three years ago. With this merger with NAI Premier, NAI Excel is considering locations for its Northern Utah Headquarters in 2026.
