Pizza Hut and T-Mobile Expand in Hurricane, UT
Hurricane, UT – July 7, 2023: NAI Excel is pleased to announce the expansion of Pizza Hut and T-Mobile at 222 W State Street in Hurricane, UT. Jon Walter and Kevin O’Brien initially represented the Pizza Hut partnership in the acquisition of the property. After extensive remodeling and opening of the new Pizza Hut location, O’Brien and Walter again represented the property owner to lease the balance of the building to T-Mobile.

This project really adds to the beautification efforts in downtown Hurricane, state Kevin O’Brien, commercial real estate expert at NAI Excel. Not only has the property undergone an amazing transformation, but two national brands are bringing needed services to the community.
