Hurricane, UT – August 8th, 2023: NAI Excel is pleased to announce the upcoming 38.14 Acre commercial development east of Walmart, on SR-9 in Hurricane, UT. The master-planned community is proposed to include 519 total residential units and 76,419 square feet of commercial space. Jon Walter and Kevin O’Brien represented Steward Land Company in the acquisition of the property.
