Several restaurants have been emerging in Sunny St. George and the Southern Utah Area. From Breakfast, lunch and Dinner, new places are popping up all over the county.
In an Interview with Emily Havens of the St. George Spectrum & Daily News, Jon Walter, Chief Operating Officer outlined the trend of new restaurants filling in around grocery anchored retail centers. As of mid-year, six retail buildings had been completed with another 15 under construction in Washington County, many of them announcing restaurant openings.
NAI Excel has been crucial in bringing in new restaurant chains and finding the best high traffic locations for each of them.
