McAllister represented both the Buyers and Sellers in this transaction and worked to ensure that both parties were comfortable with the negotiations.

Foothill Commons was built in 2017 with 9,223 square feet. Located on River Road in St. George, the property features the only retail in its location with fast-food tenants in the immediate area for residents.
