Handel’s Ice cream is coming to St George! They will be located at 291 N Bluff. Their products are “Made fresh daily”. So many delicious flavors and conveniently available for grab and go enjoyment.
Wes Davis, of NAI Excel, was selected as their Tenant Representative. They were looking for someone with local knowledge, experience representing tenants, and who would be a strong advocate to negotiate for their Southern Utah location.
Davis indicates “after looking at several options in the market, the Tenant decided on the Bluff St. location due to it being in a central location, Landlord incentives, and high traffic location.”
Signs have gone up on the building and build-out is underway. This center will be opening up in the next several months with many great new and old additions to area.
