In a local event titled “Best of Southern Utah”, completed by Canyon Media in connection with various sponsors, the public is given an opportunity to nominate and vote for companies in 195 business categories across Southern Utah.
In the category of Best Commercial Real Estate Broker, NAI Excel competed against other Brokerages nominated by the public.
“We were thrilled at the prospect of being nominated by our customers and clients.” Stated R. Mark Walter, Principle Broker at NAI Excel.
Nominations were made, and the voting was opened to the public February 25th through March 15th of 2019. Votes were tabulated by a third party, and the results were unknown until released on May 20th.
NAI Excel was matched with companies such as Linx, RE/MAX, and Bob Richards & Associates.

Monday’s results and awards were announced with NAI taking the Gold Medal and Linx the silver.
