Chase began his career in Commercial Real Estate by managing a large portfolio of Multifamily Properties along with advising in the development, construction and leasing of future multifamily communities and land projects.
Chase’s insight and utilization of market research has created a competitive advantage for investors and developers throughout Utah. Prior to joining NAI Excel, Chase assisted in the adoption of Asset Management Software, focused on Customer Success and Satisfaction. He also speaks fluent Spanish providing the ability to consult with an international customer base.
Client focused and goal oriented, Chase has built his career around striving to understand his client’s needs and objectives in order to provide accurate, precise advice, and streamlined management of projects.
Chase graduated with a degree in Business Management from Utah Valley University which has created a foundation for communication skills, critical thinking, and a high attention to detail.
On weekends, you’ll find Chase cycling around Southern Utah and spending time with his beautiful wife and daughters.
