NAI Vegas Sells $5.7 Million Retail Center
Las Vegas, NV (04/01/2022) – NAI Vegas is pleased to announce the sale of the retail shops at Mountain’s Edge Marketplace, in Southwest Las Vegas. The property sold for $5,700,000.
Maria Herman of NAI Vegas facilitated the acquisition of the property on behalf of the buyer, Bluedia Investment, LLC. “The buyer is bullish on the submarket and excited about the continued growth of Las Vegas,” stated Herman. “This was the buyer’s first commercial property investment in the market.”
The shops comprise a 10,309 square-foot, multi-tenant building with frontage along Blue Diamond Road, and is located at the entrance to Mountain’s Edge Marketplace. The property includes local, regional, and national tenants, and is shadow-anchored by Albertsons grocery.
