Las Vegas, NV (January 11th, 2023) – NAI Vegas is pleased to announce the sale of Arville Business Center located at 4355 & 4375 West Reno Avenue in Las Vegas, Nevada. The property sold for $8,400,000.

Arville Business Center includes two multi-tenant, industrial buildings constructed in 1993 and totaling ±31,205 square feet. The property was 100% leased at the time of sale and is located near the Allegiant Stadium, I-15, and Las Vegas Strip.
