NAI Vegas Welcomes 600 Professionals to NAI Global Convention
Las Vegas, NV – March 20, 2023: NAI Vegas recently welcomed approximately 600 professionals to the NAI Global convention in Las Vegas, NV. Located at the Cosmopolitan Hotel on the Las Vegas Strip, the event spanned three full days of keynote speakers, breakout sessions, networking events, and specialty dinners.
Todd Manning, Managing Broker of NAI Vegas, kicked off the opening session by welcoming everyone to the ‘Sports & Entertainment Capital of the World’ and highlighting many of the exciting events and developments coming to Southern Nevada. “We encourage everyone to enjoy our many world-class dining, entertainment, and nightlife options, but also to venture further into the community and see why so many investors, businesses, and families are choosing Las Vegas now more than ever,” stated Manning.
As the host city, NAI Vegas prepared a guide of dining and entertainment options and schedule of prominent events in the City. Attendees received a copy of the NAI Excel and NAI Vegas 2023 Outlook featuring its market research. To encourage business with NAI Global members across the world, NAI Vegas and NAI Excel gave each attendee custom made poker chips acting as business cards.
NAI professionals in attendance represented more than 100 NAI member organizations from 25 U.S. states and more than a dozen international countries. The convention also featured over 40 sponsoring companies that serve the commercial real estate industry.
At the conclusion of the event, President and CEO of NAI Global Jay Olshonsky said “This, in my opinion, is the best convention we have ever had.” NAI Global looks to return to Las Vegas for future events.
