Wes Davis, Sr Vice President of Leasing & Investments at NAI Excel is thrilled to announce activity along the River Road and 1450 South intersection.
“Keep your eyes peeled for new companies coming to River Road.” Stated Davis who recently sold a 1.36 acre parcel to a potential owner user next to the existing Popeye’s.
The new design will have some excess space to lease out. The road is scheduled to undergo a widening, and across River Road to the East, The Southbridge Retail Center recently underwent a change of ownership. New Tenant Friendly spaces have been added into their pad design.
Davis added, “Plans have been announced for a new Dutch Bros. location just South of Popeye’s, an exciting prospect for St. George.”
