The Local Southern Utah commercial real estate market continues to move quickly. The Pine View Plaza, a multi-tenant office building near Costco, was recently sold by Wes Davis, Broker and Developer at NAI Excel.

“Changes in market conditions and peak in pricing prompted the existing owner to take advantage of the current economy.” Stated Davis who was hired to fulfill the assignment.

Davis had been actively working with a local business owner who was seeking to own the space they office out of.

“This was a great situation,” added Davis, “With a motivated Seller and a Buyer who’s timing was spot on. We were able to work with the existing tenants of the building, and in time, the new owner will occupy the building. In the meantime, they have an income property to offset any expenses.”

The area has seen some growth with new buildings and tenants coming in as seen by a recent land acquisition by Costco for a potential parking expansion along with a solid mix of business that have stayed steady during this market cycle.
