The former Even Steven’s building located at 471 E St. George Blvd. in St. George, Utah, built in 2002, features hard to find St. George Blvd location and high visibility. The 3,800 SF building leased to Roc Taco who specializes in freestyle tacos and Flake Pie Co. that sells mini sweet and savory pies.
Neil Walter represented the landlord and negotiated multiple offers to complete this transaction.
