Brandon Vandermyde of NAI Excel recently sold a 16,000 s.f. building in Beryl, Ut, formerly Desert Tire. For years, the Beryl Tire Shop has provided commercial tires to the community of Beryl and surrounding areas. The new owners of the building will continue with the automotive use, but will not sell tires exclusively.
