This high-growth market in Utah county is boosted by low vacancy making industrial buildings in high demand.

Another recent acquisition (also a 1031 exchange assignment) involved two separate properties: an office and a warehouse condo located in Peoria, Arizona. The combined properties sold for $1,255,000. While this acquisition was not significantly large, it was none-the-less a very important purchase to the client.
