Working through its Las Vegas affiliates and Nevada Brokers, Mark Walter of NAI Excel negotiated the sale of a prime commercial corner in one of Las Vegas’ most sought after locations. In the shadow of one of the most recognizable Hotel / Casino and in close proximity to the new proposed Las Vegas Raiders stadium the purchaser is planning on future development of the site. The Las Vegas Raiders will be spending an estimated 1 Billion dollars for the new stadium.
