Cache Valley Bank Building Sold
NAI Excel is pleased to announce that the Old Cache Valley Bank building sold on St. George Boulevard.
Wes Davis, Broker & Developer Services at NAI Excel, was exclusively retained to market and negotiate favorable sale conditions of the 18,000+ square foot building that previously housed Cache Valley Bank, and more recently housed tenants such as Quality Construction, Development Solutions, and others.
The Class A office building is located in the heart of St. George in a high traffic location. The recent remodel in 2016 created a modern office space with exquisite office finishes, spacious offices and suites, balconies and underground parking. Since it’s original construction in 2003, this building has become a St. George landmark due to its proximity to the Washington County offices, Courthouses and Ancestor Square.
The undisclosed Buyer, and also future occupant of the first floor, had their eye on the building for investment purposes to add to their current and growing portfolio.
“The property received multiple offers and was being considered by a number of users,” stated Davis, “the eventual Buyer was a great use for the property and well capitalized. The Seller was able to get a solid sales price and this is a perfect location for the future Tenant.”
Davis was able to negotiate a very aggressive sale price for the property in less than 3 months. Davis currently represents available lease space in the building.
