Neil Walter at NAI Excel successfully negotiated the sale and acquisition of 20 acres on Exit 27 of I-15.
Sapp Bros. Travel Centers headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, recently closed on 20 acres on the southeast corner of Exit 27 of I-15. Exit 27 is the exit to Toquerville and Zion National Park.

Neil Walter represented the buyer and seller and negotiated a land exchange to close this transaction.
